What is Streetary?

Streetary is a free, independent resource that scores every residential street in England and Wales using open data. We combine 8 government and community datasets — including Ordnance Survey, ONS Census, HM Land Registry, police.uk, Ofsted, NaPTAN and the Environment Agency — to generate a composite score across nine dimensions:

Safety — crime rates and types
Daily Access — shops, GP, post office
Transport — bus, rail, tube stops
Environment — green spaces, air quality
Market Value — prices and trends
Family — schools and Ofsted ratings
Energy — EPC ratings
Flood Risk — EA flood zones
Walkability — amenity proximity

All data is open and free under OGL v3.0 or ODbL licences. Scores are algorithmic benchmarks, not property valuations. Learn more about our methodology.
